• Police Officer Trainee
  $31.80 Hourly
  As a trainee, you would be assigned to attend a 6 month Police Academy, which includes the academic and physical training required to be a Police Officer.
• Police Officer (Academy Graduate/Student)
  $112,248 to $136,440 per year
  An academy graduate must possess a certificate of completion from a POST certified basic training academy, whereas an academy student must currently be enrolled in a POST certified basic training academy.
• Police Officer (Lateral)
  $112,248 to $136,440 per year
  For lateral entry consideration, an individual must have completed a probationary period in the Peace Officer classification and possess a POST Police Officer Basic Certificate.
